The Segovia region is recognized for its delicate body and mellow floral notes. In the cup it has a very charming, sweet, milk chocolate fragrance to it, and the wet aromatics are sweetly nutty, with a subtle oaky hint. This is a nice, mild, friendly cup of coffee.
