Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Natural

One of Ethiopia’s most prized coffees, Yirgacheffe is grown in the lush highlands of the Rift Plateau. This particular variety is dry-processed or "natural," meaning the beans are dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit is removed. The result is an incredibly fruity brew that is all fruit from the nose to the finish – blueberries, pineapple, maraschino cherries; believe us when we say it’s like a fruit salad in a coffee cup (in a very good way).
