This shipment of beans is muy especial - with only 11,000 pounds harvested from a fair trade co-operative on a small, collective farm, Katz Coffee was able to procure 4,000 pounds from Avi’s last harvest tour in Costa Rica. This micro-lot of beans comes from a specific, tiny plot of land and is never mixed or blended with beans from other areas in the collective. Talk about “terroir!”
